Reliability and redundancy have always been at the forefront in developing the PalmTEQ’s range of solutions. The Ethernet system allows for complete independent operations and does not rely on a single terminal or server to maintain the system.

QuickPOS – The QuickPOS system does not rely on a single terminal or server to maintain information. Master and back up copies of all table and tab information are stored on each terminal. If one machine is turned off, you can ensure the reliability of your data.

WaiterPad – WaiterPad streams information back to the terminals for order printing and information storage. However if the terminal(s) are switched off, the WaiterPads still perform their functions. Not only will the orders still print, an additional docket is produced at a designated printer detailing the information that needs to be added to the POS.

Printing – The Ethernet printing system enables each terminal to send their orders independently. This ensures the reliability is not dependant on any single machine.

Kitchen Video Display System - TriniTEQ’s Kitchen Video Display System is a powerful tool for any fast service venue. With its easy to read screen, straight forward kitchen display controller and the ability to link to TriniTEQ’s point of sale solutions. With the Kitchen Video Display System you can Control the access of new orders, park orders,clear completed orders from the display, and recall previously cleared orders back to the display.
