For multi site or chain hospitality venues the most important information that a POS system can provide is at the minute data. TriniTEQs POS solution has the ability for a head office to view sales and track stock levels at the click of a button

With TriniTEQ’s range of products we can provide a total business solution from our touchscreen WaiterPOS terminals, or hand held ordering system WaiterPAD to our range of back office software. We can assemble a package that encompasses all the requirements you need to make your business successful. If you are a franchise we are able to ensure that each system is installed to your requirements and are linked back to the head office computer.
STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY
High powered microwaves, stainless steel areas, mobile phones and wireless laptops are all a part of a typical hospitality environment. TriniTEQ has found that these factors may influence hand held ordering systems that use standard wireless technology.
With this in mind, TriniTEQ has developed proprietary technology that enables WaiterPAD to use Radio Frequency. This ensures less drop outs, longer battery life and tighter security. It also allows WaiterPAD to cover greater distances and transmit through solid objects. Weighing less than 300 grams and designed with a leather case, WaiterPAD has been created to withstand any hospitality environment.
IMPROVED CUSTOMER SERVICE
With TriniTEQ’s WaiterPAD solution you can improve customer service from the palm of your hand. Your staff can have up to date information such as stock count on particular items or complete menu information. WaiterPAD can also increase the speed of service with drinks or entrees arriving shortly after they have been ordered.
Orders can be automatically split to the appropriate printer areas, printing each order clearly and concisely. This provides quick delivery of the orders to the correct areas. All these advantages can provide a superior level of customer service.
INCREASED REVENUE
To ensure that costly mistakes are avoided WaiterPAD prompts staff to read back the order to the customer, before sending it to the kitchen, bar or POS. WaiterPAD will enable every item you deliver to a table, appears on the customer’s bill at the POS. These small savings can amount to huge savings over the month even year.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
With TriniTEQ solutions you can increase customer service, decrease errors and save on your bottom line revenue. All these factors assist with achieving a return on your original investment within 3 months of purchase. Our Business Development Managers are able to demonstrate how this is possible by asking a few simple questions.
SOLUTION
Reliability and redundancy have always been at the forefront in developing the PalmTEQ’s range of solutions. The Ethernet system allows for complete independent operations and does not rely on a single terminal or server to maintain the system.
ATP – ATP allows the head office to have up to date information from each multi site location. If a terminal is no longer functioning, information can be sent via ATP back to a substitute terminal and rebuild it. Menu updates, price changes, specials and synchronized membership are all able to be updated from the head office via ATP.
WaiterPOS – The WaiterPOS system does not rely on a single terminal or server to maintain information. Master and back up copies of all table and tab information are stored on each terminal. If one machine is turned off, you can ensure the reliability of your data.
WaiterPAD – WaiterPAD streams information back to the terminals for order printing and information storage. However if the terminal(s) are switched off, the WaiterPADs still perform their functions. Not only will the orders still print, an additional docket is produced at a designated printer detailing the information that needs to be added to the POS.
Printing – The Ethernet printing system enables each terminal to send their orders independently. This ensures the reliability is not dependant on any single machine.
